3D Designer
Reporting to: Design Director

Job Purpose:
-Interfacing with the project team and client management team to ensure
that the project requirements are reflected in the design developed
-Creative awareness and ability
Key Responsibilities:
-Developing multiple applicable design solutions which meet the strategic, design, functional and budgetary criteria as established by the client and FITCH project team
-Proactively developing design with other team members
-Presenting concept work internally and to external clients, communicating concepts and ideas clearly through written, drawn and verbal means
-Liaising with outside design support contracted on projects
-Establishing direction for materials and finishes on projects
-Working closely with the project manager and production team to ensure that all information necessary for the successful production of the design is clearly understood
-Staying current on market trends and research as it relates to retail design, and communicates it to other team members
-Liaising with regional and international offices, where necessary
Professional and Technical Experience:
-Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture or related field
-Solid experience in a retail design company or similar
-Good verbal communication and presentation skills – fluency in English essential, Mandarin preferred
-Strong creative folio with international & local client exposure
-Excellent sketching and technical drawing abilities
-Clear understanding of materials and construction processes and details
-Ability to undertake brand audits, survey project sites, review competitors, study consumer profiles, behaviours and mindsets Well organized and able to manage project schedules and deadlines
-Ability to brief and manage 3rd party consultants & contractors
-High proficiency with Macintosh based software; Vectorworks (preferred), Cinema 4D (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite
