Challenge

To develop a series of point of sale solutions that can be used in Vodafone stores as well as partner multi-brand, modern trade retail outlets. Multi-brand outlets are often busy and crowded, and so it is essential that the shop-in-shops create stand out from the clutter to achieve maximum impact.

Insight

Vodafone is the second largest operator in the Indian telecom market and primarily operates through two retail formats, Vodafone stores and Vodafone mini stores which have been adapted from the global store design.

Solution

FITCH designed a number of shop-in-shop solutions for displaying handsets, personalised phone numbers, services, and key marketing communication in line with the Vodafone store design language.

The bold red design improves visibility, offers maximum functionality in limited spaces, while the furniture design begins to position products like the ‘Magic Box’ as FMCG products, enticing shoppers to pick them up as they move around the wider store towards the check-out areas.
