FITCH were asked to create a space to introduce B2B customers to Vodafone Enterprise, Vodafone’s business services provider. The client team wanted the space to communicate Vodafone’s global credentials, communicating clearly that Vodafone is in the B2B space and the numerous products and services on offer.
The best way to present to B2B customers is through empathy and an understanding the mindsets and needs of large corporations, SMEs and their IT people. Our aim was to challenge the preconceived perception that technology is complicated and frustrating.
FITCH mapped out the customer decision making process. Understanding their needs helped us develop a relevant strategy for the experience journey.
The space is based on the idea of a ‘gallery of business solutions’. Our solution uses a series of big and bold brand statements that capture the attention of the consumer. Visitors are able to experience the broad portfolio of products and services the brand offers and understand the opportunities they create. Easy to understand static and digital content presents real solutions to real needs, rather than intangible ‘what ifs’.
