FITCH the top performing agency at Retail Interiors Awards
The most awards handed out to any design agency, FITCH is delighted to have won three ‘best in class’ accolades at last night’s New Store Europe Retail Week Retail Interiors awards. With three first place wins, including Design Team of the Year and three runner-up positions, FITCH outperformed our peers at the most important retail design celebration in this market.
FITCH’s work for Ann Summers UK garnered two top accolades, winning the Best Lighting & Fixturing as well as being named Design Team of the Year. We also collected first prize for Fixtures Living in the International Non-Food Large Format category for our work for this Californian appliances & lifestyle retailer.
In the same category, FITCH earned a runner-up position for Russian electronics retailer Eldorado, our first Russian client to be shortlisted in these prestigious awards. We also achieved a Runner Up spot for both the Asian Paints Colour store in Best Lighting & Fixturing and for M local – Morrison’s first urban format convenience store – in the Food & Supermarket Design category.
Said Alasdair Lennox, Creative Director for FITCH, “We’re enormously chuffed. The range of our clients that earned recognition is really pleasing and goes to show that gorgeous design can be achieved everywhere – regardless of geography, industry and value tier. Awards such as these are important in that they show that, in a tough economic climate, deep insights into shopper motivation underpin successful retail experience and continue drive relevance in today’s omnichannel shopping environment.”
