We look at the world differently and start from a position of curiosity about how and why people behave the way they do.

There are as many hopes, fears, motivations and behaviours as there are people. And people don’t behave rationally, or at least not consistently. They get distracted, get infatuated, change their minds, follow and occasionally lead. We constantly watch and interpret consumer choices about the places they go, the things they love and even the clothes they wear, and then translate these consumer insights into powerful brand expressions. We invest a great deal of time in studying trends, understanding the changing dynamics of choice and developing strategic platforms with solid, relevant and insightful foundations. This is what makes us a consultancy, not just a collection of designers.

FITCH is brand guardian for Nokia's B2B category, Achieve, which markets their Eseries handsets and services. This work involves establishing both the brand communication toolkits and guidelines for Achieve, and also working extensively with Nokia on its retail activation strategy and design.

Dixons Group: New Concept Innovative travel retail for Dixons at Heathrow T5

As one of the key retail tenants at Heathrow, Dixons Group had an opportunity at Terminal 5 to take a fresh approach to the presentation of its range of consumer electrical services in a travel retail environment. This was achieved by creating a new consumer electrical accessories brand that would sit alongside their other T5 brands, Dixon’s Tax Free and PC World (also FITCH projects), in a strategic retail portfolio that customers could shop as one offer or separately.
