Job Purpose:

 

  • Client Understanding Understand the client’s business and structure
    - Exposure to working as part of the Account Management team in a client facing environment

Job Purpose:

Acting as the playmaker, the AD owns the client relationships, making key decisions and leading the team to ensure smooth delivery of projects. They exceed client expectations at all times; making the process of project management and delivery straightforward and easy for both the client and the agency. By developing good everyday relationships with clients they deliver reassurance that their accounts are being well managed. The AD will build strong, strategic business relationships in order to identify new opportunities and organically grow business.

Professional & Technical Experience:

  • Previous agency side experience at SAM level in the design industry or related creative industry (retail experience preferred) with 8+ years’ experience
  • Proven experience in 3D/environmental design process
  • Experience directing £1M+ accounts – projects with scale
  • Financially astute and great attention to detail
  • Track record of building relationships and consulting senior clients on strategic branding/ design/comms
  • Strong collaborator and communicator – a team player who can take the lead and also stand on their own when required

Key Responsibilities: The majority of time within the role is dedicated to:

  • Project Management
    - Client lead on multiple key accounts
    - Financially accountable for directing and growing complex accounts – this includes proposal writing, forecasting, strategic planning, reporting and meeting monthly and annual financial targets
    - Support Business Directors in delivering best-in-class account management

    - Be a leader within the agency to the account members and other disciplines – contribute to the organic growth of others

This is a Fixed Term Contract position, with an immediate start.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Financial Controller and being responsible for proactively managing revenue (in conjunction with the Group Revenue Accountant) and costs on projects across the studio. Ensuring time and expenses are recorded against the correct project, and billed out accurately and in a timely manner to the client. Liaising with clients across the globe from the Middle East to Asia, ensuring that payments are received within agreed payment terms and allocated correctly on the system.

 

Professional & Technical Experience:

  • Studying towards a professional qualifications CIMA/ACCA/AAT
  • Finance system experience, preferably Maconomy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
  • Excellent numeracy
  • Billing Experience
  • Client/customer service experience

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising invoices and credits in a timely manner ensuring all supporting paperwork is received and checked in line with SOX and other internal control processes
  • Creating and maintaining job/project files with all relevant client sign off and purchase orders, as well as all other necessary job-related correspondence
  • Leading monthly client finance meetings with Account Management teams to monitor WIP reports and billing schedules to ensure that all costs and fees are billed on time
  • Posting the reallocation of expenses/time between jobs where required
  • Liaising with the client finance contacts to ensure that billing plans/processes are adhered to
  • Working with the credit controller, liaising with client finance contacts to ensure issues are resolved and invoices paid on time
  • Ability to work closely with the Financial Controller and other team members to support month end accounting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis

  

Key Success Factors:

  • Jobs opened in a timely fashion upon receipt of client approval
  • Jobs billed at the earliest opportunity
  • Proactively billing large third party costs in advance
  • Maintaining / minimising the WIP so that jobs are closed in a timely fashion (i.e. only open jobs on the report)
  • Matching costs on WIP regularly
  • Ensure that invoices are raised correctly (i.e. no credit notes raised for errors)
  • To have a detailed understanding of each job on the WIP, therefore able to immediately answer questions from client service / FC / FD
  • 100% SOX compliance in the billing / revenue area

Job Purpose:

Like conducting an orchestra, the SAM co-ordinates client programmes in conjunction with the Account Director and Account Manager. By acting as the liaison between FITCH and clients, they effectively engage internal teams, vendors and clients at the right point in the process to ensure successful, co-ordinated results.

The SAM strives to maintain, meet and exceed client expectations in overseeing the management and delivery of projects to budget and on time. This role is also responsible for ensuring that client deliverables are being fulfilled by the Account Managers and Account Co-ordinators.

Professional & Technical Experience:

  • Previous agency experience at Account Manager level in design industry or related creative industry (retail experience required) with 4+ years’ experience
  • Proven experience in 3D/environmental design process
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large scale branding and design projects for both environments and brand communication deliverables
  • Strong experience engaging, developing and retaining client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills honed within the creative industry
